AFTER CANCELING SUNCO PIPELINE E APPLICANT WOULD HAVE HAD TO EXPD UP TO HALF A MILLION DOLLARS TO CROSS THE PIPELINE BY CREATING WHAT THEY CALL SHIELDING AND DOG A LOT OF EFFORT WORK OTHER THE PIPELINE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WS PROTECTED FROM THE LOADS OF THE STREET ABOVE IT.

AT THAT POINT AS YOU CAN IMAGINE IT WAS ECONOMICALLY YOU UNFEASIE FOR THE 12 UNITS THEY WERE GOING TO BUILD AND THEY'VE NOW DECIDED TO ATTACH THIS TO THE PROPERTY BELOW AND ADD A FEW EXTRA APARTMENT BUILDINGS THAT ACCESSS SINCLAIR OUT THERE.
